We have a long history of trusted collaboration with world-class organizations
We have a minority ownership interest in and a board seat with Integrated Waste Solutions Group (IWSG). Founded in 2017 by Charlie Appleby and Chris Beall, IWSG develops integrated solid waste collection and disposal operations in selected geographic regions throughout the United States. IWSG is currently owned in part by NOVA Infrastructure Fund I, L.P. together with its parallel funds, which are managed by NOVA Infrastructure Management, LLC (NOVA Infrastructure). After years of hard work to develop the 130 Environmental Park in Lockhart, Texas, we sold the property to IWSG to own and operate the facility.
We invest in NOVA Infrastructure, the majority owner of IWSG, and collaborate with NOVA on evaluation of investments in the environmental services industry. Founded by Chris Beall and Allison Kingsley, NOVA Infrastructure is an infrastructure investment firm that invests in transportation, environmental services, energy, and other sectors in North America. NOVA focuses on differentiated, value-added strategies in the middle market infrastructure segment. NOVA pairs the best downside protection features of the infrastructure asset class with operationally-focused, value-added upside strategies.
