Lockhart, TX – October 30, 2014 – The Executive Director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has completed the technical review of the permit application for the 130 Environmental Park Landfill and has declared the application technically complete, meaning that it satisfies all applicable regulatory requirements. The Executive Director has also prepared a draft permit for the facility and made the preliminary decision that the permit would meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.

130 Environmental Park will be a state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly, mixed-use development in northern Caldwell County. The development will include a municipal solid waste landfill, a facility for processing recyclable materials, and an industrial park. The project is being developed by 130 Environmental Park, LLC, a Green Group Holdings, LLC entity, and will attract more businesses, jobs, and tax revenue to the community.
